Gaurav Khule

Gaurav Khule completed his B.Tech from the Government College of Engineering. He also completed his MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai, where he enhanced his analytical and financial decision-making skills. Previously, Gaurav completed a two-month internship at RBL Bank, where he worked on a project titled “Instant Resolution of Complaints.” In this role, he analyzed the FY19 complaints database to identify key pain points and designed strategies to reduce complaints across multiple customer touchpoints. He also conducted Time Motion Analysis to improve turnaround time (TAT) for complaint resolution and supervised a cross-functional team while providing recommendations for future process improvements. Before his internship, Gaurav worked as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra Limited for two years, gaining strong experience in software development and engineering practices. He also served as a Senior Software Engineer and earlier as an intern at Enersys Private Limited in Pune. Gaurav was a CFA Level I candidate who was proficient in various technology stacks and had a strong background in data analysis and software engineering.
